Workshops & Public Speaking

We are experienced public speakers, available for events at corporate events nationally and internationally, running clubs, training conferences and workshops.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

We work with beginners and elites; 5k to ultra marathon runners. We offer Trail Running skills days in the Peak District, including guided trail runs and navigation training.
